We are gathering Contact list and image to search the records in crm. For example if a customer calls in his mobile, the app will fetch the customer name, last spoken data and source of the customer will be populated to the user. So that, the user can talk to the customer with more personal know about. This information will be helpful for the user as they talk to lot of customers every day and don’t remember what they spoke last time.
We are also seeking the contact list and image permission so that we can fetch the call records and create as a new lead in the CRM. If this permission is not given the user has to manually enter all the following details like.
We are giving user easy way to create leads from their call logs. As most of the new customers customer call their mobiles seeing a google advertisement or website.
Our app requires the following permissions to enhance user experience:
Location data is not used for background tracking or advertising purposes.
Users can opt-out from sharing location at any time in the app settings.

Location permission is explicitly requested only when necessary for CRM functionalities.
No user data, including location information, is sold, shared, or used for ads.
Users can review and modify permissions in device settings at any time.
